The Fine Print
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months allowing plenty of time to redeem.
- All gift vouchers are delivered by e-mail.
- Gift vouchers are inclusive of VAT.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- All gift vouchers feature a unique reference ID code and may only be redeemed once.
- Reservations must be made in advance. Please quote the gift voucher ID reference code when making your reservation.
- The voucher must be presented upon arrival or an alternative payment method will be required.
- Any cancellation necessary should be given to the hotel in writing no later than 12 noon 2 days prior to the date of arrival. Any cancellation received after this time will render the voucher null & void.
- They may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non- transferable or refundable.
