NEW GUIDELINES

Please see the below safety measures and procedures we will require you to adhere to, along with other changes of note.

COVID-19 Declaration – By visiting Durrants you and your guests are confirming that neither you nor your respective households are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 and are not within a quarantine period.

Visiting Durrants – We ask that you contact the hotel on 020 7935 8131 or enquiries@durrantshotel.co.uk to book all of your visits whether you wish to book accommodation or enjoy some food or drink. On booking your visit you will be asked to provide your details, including name, email address and telephone number.

Entering and Moving Around Durrants – All guests should enter the hotel via the main entrance on George Street. You will see screens installed at Reception, the Concierge desk and the George Bar. You should exit via the same route. Please practice social distancing at all times.

Hand Sanitiser – There will be hand sanitiser available upon entry to the hotel, at the Reception and Concierge desk and various points throughout.

Food and Drink Reservations– All food and drink will be table service only. It will not be possible to sit at or order from the bar – a team member will serve you at your table.

Going Cashless – Upon reopening we will no longer be able to accept payment by cash. We will only accept payment by bank transfer in advance or by credit or debit card.

Cleaning – We are making modifications for your safety and comfort, including an advanced cleaning programme following Government, Public Health England and WHO guidance, paying attention to high touch items.

Lift – The lift can only be used either by one guest at a time or by families travelling together. Lift buttons and doors will be disinfected regularly.

Toilets – Please practice social distancing. Toilets will be cleaned and sanitised every hour.

PPE – At the moment, the guidance given to us indicates that there is no need for staff or guests to wear any PPE. However, should any staff or guests feel more comfortable with a mask, they are welcome to wear one. Should the guidance be updated on this, we will update accordingly.

Our Team – In line with guidance we will be administering regular temperature checks for team members and provide them with comprehensive hygiene and prevention training.
